What is intelligent?
Silence ... silence is intelligent in that it does not belong to the ignorant nor to the scholar, perhaps to both or perhaps neither. L intelligence does not go hand in hand with social highness, cultural preparation. Intelligence belongs to silence as only the intelligent is capable of measuring words and, when it is necessary to do so
or not to say, keep them silent.
